Whatever online business model you choose to use it is essential that you operate in the right niches.
There are literally thousands of niches and sub-niches you can choose from, but not all of them have
the potential to make you a lot of money online.
We recommend that you steer clear of seasonal niches to begin with. Halloween and Christmas are
niches but they only come around once a year. You can make a lot of money with these niches when
the time is right, but for the rest of the year you will not make much money, if anything at all.
There are niches that are always in demand where some online business owners are making a fortune.
These niches are “evergreen” meaning that they are viable every day of the year. In some evergreen
niches, things change rapidly which can be a good opportunity for you. A good example of this is
anything related to technology.
Here are four evergreen niches where there is always a high demand for information and advice:

- Wealth creation (make money online, investing etc.)

- Is there money being made?
It is a total waste of your time getting involved in a niche that does not have a lot of demand. You may

You also need to check that there is money being made in the niche you want to enter into. Are there
other companies and individuals advertising in this niche? What products and services are available?
Can you become an affiliate for these products and services so that you can make commissions? Is it
possible for you to create your own products in the niche?
Be brutal here. You do not want to waste your precious time and your money investing in a niche that
does not have the potential to reward you. It doesn’t matter if there is a lot of competition in the
niche. Competition is a good sign that it is profitable. Choose your niche carefully.
