My experience with the program so far
Pocket products is part of Courtney Foster-Donahue’s selection of coaching products. Her company name is The Art of Grit and Grace LLC, cool name, eh! I really enjoy the way Courtney explains her programs, as a coach she has a great deal of knowledge and suggestions in how to get your coaching program in front of your niche audience.
The Pocket Product is not just for coaches. Having your own product is the best way to make money in the make money online niche. It is okay to promote other vendors products and that is called Affiliate Marketing as we know. But when you own the product that you created, you make more profit.
The Pocket Product can be a Lead Magnet, an Order Bump, or a Stand-alone product. It is not meant to be a course. It is your product to promote, or even get affiliates to do the promotion for you. Courtney has training on affiliates too.
I have been a student of Courtney Foster-Donahue’s Course- Course program and the previously named Launch Pad, now named the Evergreen Guild. I love the new name; she is teaching how to build and scale your evergreen course platform and funnel.
There is a private Facebook group for each of her signature programs and Courtney is active as a coach in each one.
What I Like
-You can create a customer list or student base with a small digital product at a lower cost than a course would cost.
-These new students will hopefully see your teaching style
-New students will see the value of your coaching program
-You can make fast sales to help with cost of developing your coaching program, maybe using new students to help with beta launch of your coaching program.
What I Dislike
-There is no training or guarantee that you will be able to find the right audience or students for your Pocket Product.
-l do not have a lot of negatives things to say about a low-cost program that is packed with so much value.
Final Verdict
All-in-all I find the Pocket Product training to be a sound way to create and scale your business. Sure, you can find another vendor’s product to serve as your lead magnet, but as was mentioned before, having your own Pocket Product can increase your profits. As the online coaching industry becomes more and more crowded, you need to rise above the noise in order to be heard.
